Responsibilities

• Create educational content for Claude's capabilities
• Develop innovative prototypes and code samples
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to refine content
• Design educational content templates
• Transform technical features into learning modules
• Test and iterate on educational approaches
• Establish quality standards for technical content
• Create educational pathways for developers
• Influence product decisions
• Drive strategic decision-making around developer education

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant technical education experience
• Experience creating multimedia educational content
• Developed technical cookbooks, code examples, or tutorials
• Ability to translate technical concepts into hands-on learning
• Deep technical aptitude
• Comfortable creating content to teach foundational capabilities and frontier ML research
• Successfully partnered with developer relations or advocacy teams
• Creative and curious
• Can balance experimental approaches with practical developer needs
• Work seamlessly across teams
