Anthropic is seeking a Global Workplace Experience Manager to deliver exceptional workplace experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in workplace experience management, strong operational leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies across complex service offerings including food & beverage, wellness, and enrichment programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global workplace experience strategy
• Manage food & beverage operations
• Manage amenity floor operations
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
• Manage and mentor a diverse team
• Create workplace enrichment programs
• Establish and maintain service level agreements and budgets
• Partner with other teams
• Stay current with workplace experience trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality operations, or related field
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large operational teams
• Experience managing complex service operations
• Experience negotiating and managing large-scale vendor contracts
• Service-excellence mindset
• Strong operational background
• Advanced knowledge of financial management
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication abilities
