Anthropic is seeking a Regulatory Operations Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance as the company grows. The role involves developing and managing regulatory compliance processes, including copyright notice processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Support privacy and copyright compliance operational needs
• Oversee operational processes to maintain FedRAMP accreditation
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Track compliance KPIs and prepare reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field
• Ability to execute operational processes and communicate effectively
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance processes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
