Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end pipelines for model safety evaluation
Develop tooling for automating jailbreak attempt analysis
Build data processing systems for large-scale model outputs
Optimize Python code for memory efficiency and parallelization
Create interfaces for researchers to interact with models
Implement monitoring systems to track model behavior
Requirements
Strong software engineering experience, particularly with Python
Excitement to learn foundational ML knowledge
Experience with prompting and working with language models
Experience building scalable data pipelines and tooling
Ability to implement simple, reliable solutions
Experience optimizing code for performance and resource efficiency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment
