The Head of Developer Relations at Anthropic will lead the team responsible for how developers discover, onboard, build, and scale applications using Claude and Anthropic's AI technologies, driving developer ecosystem growth and ensuring responsible AI implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developer relations or technical product teams
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to translate them
• Passion for AI and commitment to responsible development
• Insight into developer behavior and how to engage them
• Hands-on technical abilities
• Collaborative leadership and ability to influence across teams
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
