Job Description

As a Scale Relationship Manager, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of existing business, building a world-class sales organization. The role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers ensuring revenue growth and customer retention
• Understand customer business needs and provide solutions
• Develop strategic territory plans for upsell and expansion
• Develop knowledge of customers' businesses and forecast sales pipeline
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements

• 2+ years selling SaaS products, ideally 1+ years in closing role
• Ability to manage a large book of business
• Strong sales instincts and track record hitting quota
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving organization
• Exhibits a growth mindset and ambition
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
