Job Description

Experienced software engineers needed to develop and deploy the motion control stack for self-driving systems. This role involves owning real-time, safety-critical components, collaborating with various teams, and working in all phases of the software development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop motion control modules for self-driving vehicle systems
• Deliver motion control components for customer needs
• Provide feedback on technical direction and work cross-functionally
• Work with systems engineers to ensure a safe product
• Work with verification teams for testing and validation
• Experience motion control features on vehicles
• Provide input to team roadmaps
• Develop motion control models for real-time applications
• Be involved in design and iteration exercises

Requirements

• Experience building motion control systems
• Knowledge of real-time algorithms
• Strong software engineering and algorithm design experience
• Fluent in C++
• Experience with Python
• Extensive vehicle integration experience
• Localization and planning experience is a plus
