Job Description

The GTM Finance team at Cloudflare works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other leaders to build the go-to-market strategy. This role involves building, tracking, and optimizing headcount and expense plans, identifying opportunities and risks, and supporting financial management of major contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build, track, and optimize Customer Success and Professional Services headcount and expense plan
• Identify areas of opportunity and risk by analyzing customer data
• Define and standardize financial reporting, success metrics, and KPIs
• Report and explain variance of revenue and expenses
• Support growth in Professional Services by owning the revenue forecast
• Improve standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives
• Support financial management and oversight of major contracts

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales finance, strategic finance, or investment banking
• Experience with post-sales teams is a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and Google Slide skills
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency with financial and GTM systems
• MBA or Masters preferred
