Job Description

Cloudflare is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage company-wide initiatives and programs within the ETI department, including Developer Platform products. The role involves partnering with various teams to plan, track, and manage program execution, with a focus on strategic goals and delivering Cloudflare services globally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, and technical operations teams to plan, track, and manage the execution of ETI related programs and initiatives
• Define, scope, and accomplish strategic goals
• Deliver Cloudflare services to customers globally
• Partner on quarterly planning, process improvements, dogfooding cutting edge products, running innovation weeks, and supporting new developments and initiatives

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in technical program management
• Solid knowledge in technical program management and a desire for continuous improvement
• Strong competency with project management tools (admin-level experience strongly preferred for Confluence, JIRA)
• Knowledge of various software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Scrum, etc)
• Proven track record on creating realistic project plans, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability
• Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity
• Ability to collaborate with key decision-makers to develop executive reporting materials
• Servant leader who has successfully gained authority with peers by demonstrating empathy, providing support and motivating others
• Excellent oral and written communication, proven track record of effective communication at various levels including executive level
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and Programming languages is a plus
