This role focuses on acquiring new commercial SMB accounts and expanding existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a sales and technical background to drive customer engagement across various teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets
Drive new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewals
Engage in account mapping sessions with partners
Develop relationships with target partners
Build a robust sales pipeline
Understand customer use-cases and identify sales opportunities
Craft and communicate value propositions for Cloudflare services
Forecast commercial outcomes
Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Network across different business units
Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams
Requirements
5+ years of direct closing B2B selling experience
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities
Software and system skills (SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, MSFT suite)
