BetterHelp seeks a visionary and analytical VP of Performance Marketing to lead and scale global growth initiatives, focusing on data-driven marketing, leadership, and understanding the mental health landscape. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing paid media, optimizing acquisition costs, leading A/B testing, managing a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 12+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven success in scaling marketing programs internationally

• Proven track record partnering with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Experience managing large marketing budgets
• Knowledge of mental health is a plus
