Job Description

Torc is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the Machine Learning operations product area, focusing on data collection, model development, and performance monitoring. The role involves aligning leadership, translating vision into milestones, managing resources, mitigating risks, and representing internal customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Align leadership to a single vision and strategy for ML operations tools and services
• Translate vision into milestones and execution plans
• Manage resource allocation and technical roadmap alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks and unblock project execution
• Drive development of solutions by articulating the problem space
• Document customer user journeys and identify pain points
• Represent internal customer needs
• Drive planning and prioritization activities

Requirements

• BS+ 5 years or MS+ 3 years of experience in engineering discipline
• Experience in leading robotics machine learning team, product ownership, or data-driven ML pipelining
• Knowledge of machine learning deployment on NVIDIA hardware
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independence and confidence
