Job Description

The Accounting Manager in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Sr. Director of Accounting, will ensure financial record accuracy, analyze data, support month-end closing, and lead process improvements. Responsibilities include preparing reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving automation. Onsite presence is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of accounting experience
• CPA or Big 4 experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience in SAP or other ERP system is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
