This entry-level role supports OfferUp's efforts to grow its business offerings for businesses, focusing on auto dealers and local businesses. The role involves securing new business through calls, providing customer service, prospecting, and collaborating with various teams to incorporate customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make 50-60 calls daily to secure new business
• Provide customer service
• Research and prospect new customers
• Discover successful sales strategies for various businesses
• Utilize tech stack for reporting and outreach
• Collaborate with teams to incorporate customer feedback
• Track and report on prospecting activity

Requirements

• Experience in setting appointments or selling subscription services
• Experience in a short sales cycle is preferred
• 1-2 years of SDR, BDR or Inside Sales experience with a tech company
• Competitive drive and optimism
• Proficiency in prospecting and hunting for new clients
• Resourceful and adaptable
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
