Job Description

You will play a critical role in building world class teams that are disrupting and shaping the future of retail/commerce. You are a proactive thinker and do-er and are capable of building high volume + quality pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Output high volume sourcing up to 200+ outreach weekly during peak hiring
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create well defined job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Build talent maps to develop a strong talent pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to build world class teams and continuously improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of sourcing experience; strongly prefer having both agency and in house experience
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing for junior to management positions
  • Proficiency with various recruitment channels and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
