Job Description

The Farmer’s Dog is seeking a highly analytical and principles-driven Lifecycle & CRM Manager to improve customer experience and drive life-long retention. The role involves driving lifecycle strategy, partnering with departments, analyzing data, and improving communication with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lifecycle strategy, implementing initiatives focused on retention and revenue generation
  • Partner with departments to understand customers and launch experiments
  • Translate business questions into data solutions
  • Work with Data, Engineering and Product groups to improve customer communication
  • Own strategy for winback and churned customers
  • Run campaign deployment process
  • Partner with Customer Experience to improve customer and agent experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CRM/Customer Lifecycle experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in email & SMS automation
  • Understanding of HTML and template languages
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong thought leadership and business partnering skills
