Lyra Health is seeking a Director of Customer Success Implementation to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the implementation function, ensuring exceptional customer experience and scalable operations. The role involves leading a team, building relationships, and driving business impact in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic vision for Customer Success Implementation
  • Lead the strategic evolution of the implementation function
  • Mentor and lead a team of Implementation Managers
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer implementation lifecycle
  • Develop and implement strategies for stakeholder engagement
  • Serve as a key leader in cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Be the primary escalation point for critical customer implementation issues
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth environment
  • 3+ years of experience in people management
  • Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space
  • Deep passion for mental health
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Extensive experience with CRM and project management tools
