The Business Operations Manager will support day-to-day core operations across finance, legal, people, and project management activities. This role will play a key part in building and refining the systems that keep the company running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage company-wide reimbursements
Support invoicing for customer contracts
Ensure compliance across finance, legal, insurance and HR
Design and administer employee training programs

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or project management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Experience at early-stage or high-growth companies
Collaborative, low-ego, and high-ownership mindset
Ability to obtain a US government security clearance
