Looking for experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Atascocita, TX area. This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home. The model allows you to choose when you want to see patients during any hours/days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes
• Choose when to see patients during any hours/days of the week
• Automate documentation using Luna Auto-Charting
• Ensure a convenient and safe experience using Luna's Safety Shield
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app
• Match patients based on specialty and location
• Receive instant payments

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
