• Provide outpatient PT services in patients' homes
• Choose your own hours
• Utilize Luna Auto-Charting for documentation
• Use Luna's Safety Shield for a safe experience
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app
• Match patients based on specialty and location

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS
