Job Description

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will support the long-term success of enterprise customers in North America, providing support throughout their entire life cycle including deployment, training, and adoption. They will manage a book of business, ensure customer health, identify upsell opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience building and implementing systems for internal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
