Job Description

The Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy will lead, optimize, and scale GTM processes and systems to support SevenRooms' revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with various teams to define strategy, implement performance metrics, and align revenue operations. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, overseeing GTM enablement, sales strategy and planning, revenue operations, incentive plan design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Revenue Operations & Strategy organization
  • Oversee GTM enablement function
  • Lead sales strategy and planning
  • Manage revenue operations and systems
  • Design and manage sales commission strategy
  • Develop cross-functional operating relationships and KPIs
  • Collaborate with various teams

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in relevant roles in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record in change management and sales KPI systemization
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing operations processes
  • Experience in designing sales commission plans
  • Experience leading GTM enablement teams
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise with GTM tools, including Salesforce
