Job Description

The Technical Support Representative will work with hospitality operators to troubleshoot issues, instruct on product functionality, and strategize to maximize customer ROI. Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries by email and phone

  • Use and understand multiple systems and solutions

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a customer-facing support or strategic account management role
  • Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Highly-collaborative and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record in building positive client relationships
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of the hospitality software industry
