Job Description

Lead Data Scientist to develop ML systems for optimal pricing strategies, collaborating with engineering and product teams to create self-learning price policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent pricing systems using reinforcement learning and optimization
• Apply mathematical optimization and reinforcement learning algorithms
• Incorporate price elasticity modeling and demand forecasts
• Build and validate simulation environments
• Collaborate with engineering to productionize models
• Partner with teams to define objectives and translate insights
• Define and execute model performance measurement strategies
• Present findings and recommendations

Requirements

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in data science solutions
• Demonstrated success applying reinforcement learning
• Proficiency with ML/DL frameworks and programming languages
• Experience with optimization and reinforcement learning libraries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tools
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in hospitality is desirable
