Job Description

WPP is seeking a Head of Modern Workplace for the Americas region to manage regional aspects of support and deployment of core services, including collaboration technologies, campus technology, meeting room technology, and more. The role involves managing teams, deployments, service management, and incident management within the Modern Workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional services for Modern Workplace including collaboration technology, campus technology, meeting room technology, and privilege access management
• Manage regional deployments of Modern Workplace technology and tooling
• Oversee service management and regional incident/problem management
• Manage and grow strong productive teams

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in global deployments of collaboration capabilities
• Experience in managing and growing strong productive teams
• Expertise in Microsoft M365 products, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
• Experience with audio visual technologies, managed print services, and identity technology
• ITIL experience
• Experience in managing outsourcing suppliers
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
