Field Service Technician will deliver exceptional customer experience while servicing products in the home, diagnosing and repairing appliances, TVs, and A/C units, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repair
Use safety equipment and diagnostic tools
Conduct technical diagnosis and specialized repairs
Diagnose problems, document findings, and make repair decisions
Process paperwork and perform data entry
Pre-screen service calls
Meet or exceed company metrics
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of technical experience
Experience repairing major appliances
Experience with tools and diagnostic equipment
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document issues
