This role involves establishing Lean culture, optimizing production, and ensuring productivity through KPIs and process improvements. The specialist will define processes, manage time/labor requirements, and collaborate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote Lean culture and unified production system
• Develop and track measures to increase productivity
• Define and establish production processes and optimization concepts
• Develop and secure productivity and budget KPIs
• Set up and develop production process plans
• Decide and approve site-specific programs and strategies
• Define and track company guidelines and process development
• Design workplaces and new work processes
• Optimize shift systems and production speeds
• Collaborate with supervisors and departments

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive production experience
• Special skills in Lean Management and IE
• Knowledge of factory systems, industrial engineering, human work design tools, and MTM method
• Skills in moderation, process planning, and product understanding
• Fundamental skills in office applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
