Job Description

Provide phone-based technical support for dealers, integrators, and partners, ensuring that CHeKT’s security solutions, camera systems, and alarm integrations are functioning properly. Assist with technical inquiries, solution training, and investigations of product issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dealers and partners with technical inquiries
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and alarm integration issues
  • Conduct technical investigations on reported issues
  • Provide product overview training to dealers
  • Address day-to-day questions from partners
  • Document troubleshooting steps and best practices
  • Stay up to date with CHeKT’s products and security industry trends
  • Participate in testing and evaluating new features

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field
  • Basic understanding of networking, camera systems (CCTV), and alarm systems
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
