Job Description

The Associate Technical Project Manager will oversee and facilitate Engineering projects/scrum teams to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. The role will resolve challenges that arise in project teams by offering expertise, identifying resources, and facilitating discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum or project teams
• Educate team members on agile processes
• Use JIRA to support teams, including report generation
• Gather data from end-users to create technical specifications
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments
• Keep leadership informed of key issues

Requirements

• Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures
• Ability to build productive working relationships
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related experience
• Experience with JIRA and Agile a plus
