Job Description

CesiumAstro is seeking an Office Administrator to manage office operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support in a startup environment. The role involves coordinating office activities, vendor relations, and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and activities
  • Act as company liaison to building management
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Uphold office standards and set up conference rooms
  • Assist recruiting with interview coordination
  • Work with vendors on administrative tasks
  • Act as on-site representative for company functions
  • Coordinate contractors and service providers
  • Coordinate deliveries
  • Greet visitors and support visitor logistics
  • Audit facility state and plan repairs
  • Set up conference rooms and desks
  • Facilitate onsite catering
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Manage office intranet page
  • Manage budgets and expense reports
  • Participate in company events
  • Assist with schedule coordination and travel planning
  • Assist with purchase order submission

Requirements

  • 2 years of office administration experience
  • Associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Startup/tech company experience (preferred)
  • Event planning experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 (preferred)
