Job Description

Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Outbound Sales Development Representatives to exceed qualified opportunity goals for Constant Contact’s Indirect organization. Drive the top of the sales funnel by ensuring exceptional outbound prospecting and optimizing outbound processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Outbound Sales Development Representatives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs in outbound prospecting techniques
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team skills
  • Analyze key outbound prospecting metrics
  • Develop innovative strategies to boost pipeline generation
  • Ensure accountability for outbound activity and opportunity targets
  • Maintain high standards for professional outbound engagement
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex prospecting challenges
  • Monitor sales development metrics and generate reports
  • Manage CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Drive efficiency in outbound prospecting

Requirements

  • 3+ years outbound SDR/BDR experience
  • 2-4 years sales management experience
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Fosters positive team culture
  • Passionate about developing and coaching outbound prospecting talent
  • Brings energy, positivity, and a fun-loving attitude
  • Adept at helping small businesses succeed through effective outreach
  • Proven ability to sell services/technology to small businesses preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable with feedback
  • Salesforce and sales engagement platform experience a plus
