Lead a high-impact team to develop next-generation machine learning infrastructure. Shape the future of how machine learning models are trained and deployed, develop feature engineering, and collaborate with data science to bring state-of-the-art techniques into production.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of reliability and innovation in ML systems development
• Lead the team to develop next-generation feature development systems
• Establish, measure, and manage reliability and data quality standards
• Advocate for architectural best practices in cloud platform development
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver projects
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science roles, with 2+ years in technical leadership or management
• 3+ years experience in delivering ML applications
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, cloud computing platforms, big data technologies, MLOps toolkits, and SLO-driven reliability management
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of mentoring engineers
