Mozilla is seeking a self-motivated individual to join as a Senior Account Executive on our global advertising sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships and a track record selling into Fortune 500 brands and their agencies.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales goals
Develop and present integrated solutions
Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies and partners
Understand client needs and present relevant solutions
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Track, analyze and communicate performance of advertiser campaigns
Keep up-to-date records of sales activity through CRM tools
Present client feedback to Mozilla product and marketing teams
Represent Mozilla values with prospects and clients
Requirements
7+ years of related work experience in sales within the digital media industry
Strong rolodex of major agency and Fortune 500 client contacts
Experience selling into programmatic agency trading desks, DSP’s and SSP’s
Strategic, consultative sales approach
Detailed knowledge of online media planning terms and processes
Deep understanding of native advertising and content marketing
Understanding of cross platform sales
Demonstrated record of success in a dynamic, goal-oriented sales environment
Dynamic, flexible, hard-working and highly organized approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self starter that is well organized with good attention to detail
Open to feedback and quick to incorporate and adjust approach
