Job Description

Mozilla is seeking a self-motivated individual to join as a Senior Account Executive on our global advertising sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships and a track record selling into Fortune 500 brands and their agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Develop and present integrated solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies and partners
  • Understand client needs and present relevant solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Track, analyze and communicate performance of advertiser campaigns
  • Keep up-to-date records of sales activity through CRM tools
  • Present client feedback to Mozilla product and marketing teams
  • Represent Mozilla values with prospects and clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related work experience in sales within the digital media industry
  • Strong rolodex of major agency and Fortune 500 client contacts
  • Experience selling into programmatic agency trading desks, DSP’s and SSP’s
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach
  • Detailed knowledge of online media planning terms and processes
  • Deep understanding of native advertising and content marketing
  • Understanding of cross platform sales
  • Demonstrated record of success in a dynamic, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Dynamic, flexible, hard-working and highly organized approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter that is well organized with good attention to detail
  • Open to feedback and quick to incorporate and adjust approach
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Passion for technology and privacy
