Zip is looking for a Salesforce Engineer/Administrator to join their high-impact Go-To-Market Systems team. This remote-first role involves leading the development, optimization, and administration of Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, and Support teams. The role requires acting as an architect and engineer, shaping the long-term vision and strategy for the Salesforce ecosystem to align with company objectives, and delivering scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow, Apex, and triggers
• Design and own integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Optimize end-to-end processes for GTM efficiency
• Administer the Salesforce org with best practices
• Develop Lightning Components and enhance UX
• Architect future-state CRM solutions
• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements
• Create visibility for GTM teams through dashboards and metrics
• Mentor junior admins/developers
• Own ongoing platform hygiene, user training, and release cycles

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Mastery in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Expert Skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
• Proven ability to build scalable architecture and evaluate Salesforce releases
• Experience planning and executing complex data syncs
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required
