Job Description

Zip is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Analytics to enhance marketing investment returns. This role involves data analysis, strategy development, and collaboration with various teams to translate data into actionable insights, focusing on metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI across paid marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build marketing analytics foundation, including data models and dashboards
  • Translate marketing performance into commercial insights
  • Lead marketing dashboard development in Tableau
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify data inputs and gaps
  • Solve complex analytics problems
  • Evaluate financing costs and revenue implications of acquisition strategies
  • Integrate AI tools into analytics workflows
  • Advise Marketing and Commercial leaders on data-driven strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or Commercial Analytics
  • Experience with performance measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, ROI)
  • Strong modeling ability in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to influence decisions through data
  • Experience synthesizing complex data into business insights
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Exposure to AI or automation in analytics workflows
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
