Job Description

As a manager for the Counter Intrusion Product Operations team, your mission is to maintain the health of deployed Counter Intrusion technology. You and your team will be responsible for identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing resolution of all incidents across the deployed fleet of systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations team to sustain Counter Intrusion deployments
• Triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents
• Assess and improve fleet observability and telemetry
• Develop fleet health reporting
• Interface with internal teams to solve reliability issues
• Support global customers
• Propose process and product improvements
• Guide and mentor a team

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a self-starter
• Strong aptitude for problem solving
• Proven ability to master a technical system
• Daily practice of excellence and rigor
• Confident with navigating ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Proven track record of leading teams in military, law enforcement, or product support for defense technology
