Job Description

The Global Treasury Operations Analyst will assist the Treasury Operations team in building world class treasury infrastructure to enable global expansion. The role involves supporting treasury operations, managing bank accounts, facilitating fund movements, and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury operations, including bank account administration and KYC updates
• Identify and implement process automation and system enhancements
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance
• Understand and review treasury processes and draft SOPs
• Administer bank accounts and portal users
• Assist with payments and account reconciliations
• Facilitate issuance of Letters of Credit/Guarantees
• Monitor daily cash position
• Support liquidity management
• Support execution of fund movements and FX transactions
• Manage treasury SOX controls and support audit requests
• Maintain documentation of existing processes
• Provide support for treasury technology initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years in treasury/finance with a global company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a technical field
• Strong knowledge and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of banking portals, Bloomberg, Clearwater, SAP, and treasury management systems
