Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking an SDET Manager to lead and mentor a team of SDETs, developing and maintaining test automation for automotive software systems, including infotainment, embedded platforms, and cloud-connected services. The role involves architecting test automation frameworks, collaborating with various teams, managing quality planning, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading test automation teams in the automotive domain
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies
• Proficient in Python and test automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with automotive test and validation tools
• Agile development experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
