Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Technical Project Manager for their Facilities team to support the construction of new manufacturing facilities. The role involves managing multiple capital projects, coordinating with various internal departments, and ensuring the timely completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects including budget, schedule, and design
• Work with equipment suppliers to ensure compatibility with building infrastructure
• Track and articulate issues, risks, and action items
• Perform safety analysis and ensure safe equipment operation
• Manage construction project scope and track milestones
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide equipment tooling maintenance documentation
• Create purchase requisitions and track project completion
• Follow government and environmental guidelines

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Project Management experience in industrial manufacturing
• Ability to manage operational aspects of projects
• Ability to drive goals and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to identify and solve construction issues
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings
• Experience with automotive manufacturing and construction projects
• OSHA 30 training
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Projects, and AutoCAD
