Job Description

Vacasa is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to support the Relocation Services team, ensuring seamless guest experiences when their booked vacation rental is unavailable. This remote position involves supporting agents, managing escalated issues, and coordinating with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support Relocation Services agents
  • Handle escalated guest issues
  • Manage guest relocations
  • Conduct Quality Assurance audits
  • Maintain and update relocation documentation
  • Monitor Relocation queues
  • Assign and manage relocation tickets
  • Act as a point of contact for SOP and budget exceptions
  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Support disaster-related guest moves
  • Liaise with other CX departments
  • Assist with reservation management tasks
  • Contribute to department goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reliable internet connection (50 mbps minimum)
