BambooHR is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a net-new sales team focused on the SMB market, driving pipeline generation, sales execution, and revenue growth. This role involves building, coaching, and elevating a high-impact sales organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives
Drive team performance through structured coaching and setting expectations
Mentor reps on sales skills
Provide hands-on support for strategic deals
Design and implement prospecting strategies
Partner with Marketing for lead conversion
Guide reps in building target account lists
Promote best practices around outreach
Leverage sales data to identify coaching opportunities
Establish a consistent cadence of meetings
Model behaviors that drive success
Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding
Cultivate a team environment
Requirements
2–3+ years of SaaS sales management experience
Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a SaaS environment
Proven ability to drive pipeline growth
Experience designing prospecting strategies
Strong analytical skills with CRM and sales data experience
