Gopuff is seeking a self-starting and entrepreneurial Site Manager to lead a local team, overseeing facility operations and independent Driver Partners, focusing on delivering a perfect customer experience.
Responsibilities
Plans and directs facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
Drives improvements to key performance indicators
Trains and coaches associates in the facility
Drives the financial performance of the site
Ensures compliance with Gopuff and legal policies
Implements and monitors Safety and Human Resource compliance
Develops and implements action plans to improve performance
Creates and implements plans to improve the safety, culture, and financial performance of the facility
Requirements
6+ years of experience with a fast-paced environment and leading a blended workforce
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills with conflict resolution, team development, and engagement
Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite
Ability to lead in an ever-changing environment
Proven track record of being a change agent
Ability to work with fluid schedules
Ability to stand, bend, reach and walk during shifts
