The Learning Experience (LX) team at Discord creates learning experiences that empower Discordians to grow, lead, and thrive. They are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Partner to join their team and lead transformational learning initiatives across Discord, including reimagining and driving their company-wide onboarding program.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate a scalable onboarding experience
• Design new learning programs
• Partner with Leadership to build learning solutions
• Lead complex learning initiatives
• Track program impact
• Facilitate high-impact sessions
• Build learning systems that scale
• Test new ways to help people learn and grow

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in L&D or related field
• Experience designing and launching onboarding programs
• Track record of partnering with senior leadership
• Experience managing complex learning projects
• Proficiency with learning management systems
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to create scalable learning systems
• Experience using data analytics to measure program effectiveness
• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments
