Job Description

Corelight is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to manage Pacific Southwest Channel Sales initiatives, focusing on partner recruitment, enablement, and strategy development. The role involves building partner relationships, creating go-to-market plans, and driving revenue growth through channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partner relationships

  • Understand partner programs and motivations
  • Track and manage partner execution
  • Manage partner training and certification
  • Coordinate deal registration
  • Manage Market Development Funds
  • Facilitate partner enablement sessions

Requirements

  • BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in a Channel Account Manager role
  • Experience as a Channel Account Manager for a security or network infrastructure vendor
  • Ability to apply a channel methodology
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong follow-through
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment
  • Understanding of how to leverage other departments
  • Experience with Distribution and Carahsoft
  • Located in the Bay Area (preferred)
