Job Description

The Mission Success Lead will execute deployments and deliver technology outcomes to defense and national security partners. This role involves launching pilots, converting them into larger projects, and integrating them within existing programs. The ideal candidate has experience with the Department of Defense, mission domain expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Own the delivery of capabilities within contracted periods
• Exceed customer expectations
• Understand mission sets and pain points
• Bring expertise back to the company
• Direct resources as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years experience deploying SaaS software
• Experience working within DHS, CBP, ICE, HSI, DEA
• 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service
• Motivated problem solver
• Experience owning customer renewal and expansion cycles
• U.S. Person status
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance or have held one previously
