Job Description

The Flex Pay Marketing Manager will manage consumer marketing to Upgrade customers and Flex Pay partners to promote the Flex Pay product. They will create and execute marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints and oversee integrated marketing campaigns with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage consumer marketing efforts across the Upgrade ecosystem
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing programs
  • Develop creative programs to drive demand with Upgrade customers
  • Strategize and execute Flex Pay product marketing
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Account Management team on developing partner-level marketing plans
  • Build relationships with external partner marketing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
  • Coordinate with sales team on marketing collateral
  • Support company participation in conferences and trade shows

Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ experience in integrated marketing
  • Strong understanding of product marketing
  • Strong email marketing capabilities
  • Ability to create and execute multiple custom campaigns
  • Strong content writer with a proficient sense of marketing design
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
