The Director of Product Management at PointClickCare will lead the Health Plan and ACO portfolio, transforming products into a growth engine. Responsibilities include reshaping pricing, driving adoption, and mentoring Product Managers. The role requires commercial instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate healthcare data complexity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap
• Coach PM-UX-Engineering trios
• Drive customer understanding through discovery and prototyping
• Analyze competitive landscape and market trends
• Work with Engineering and UX partners
• Lead product commercialization activities
• Represent the portfolio with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or healthcare-related field
• 8+ years of Product Management experience with SaaS products
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Mastery of outcome-driven product practices
• Ability to reshape pricing and drive ARR improvements
• High adaptability and resilience
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence
• Working knowledge of AI tools
• Strong technical fluency
