Job Description

As a Senior Accountant at Domo, you will be responsible for major general accounting functions including analyzing financial statement accounts, vendor expense accrual journal entries, recording and tracking of expense allocated to cost of revenue, bonus accrual calculations, payroll journal entries, and other projects.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and record monthly bonus and PTO accruals
• Manage the process of calculating and recording expense allocated to cost of revenue
• Calculate and record intercompany revenue transactions
• Complete monthly and quarterly analysis on expense accounts
• Provide insight during monthly close meetings
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts in Blackline
• Complete quarterly SOX controls
• Work with external auditors
• Liaison with foreign accounting contractors
• Coordinate with AP and FP&A teams
• Prepare ad hoc analyses

Requirements

• Degree in accounting
• Certified Public Accountant licensee or candidate
• 2-3 years of Public Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with NetSuite and Blackline
• Analytical, organizational, communications, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
