Job Description

The Sr. Director, Turnkey Operations will provide operational leadership for a new business line that helps primary care physicians launch new, independent practices with Aledade. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to work cross-functionally and build systems, processes, and relationships from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Program development, oversight, and strategy
• Launch infrastructure for practice enablement program
• Develop systems for practice startup challenges
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team
• Manage cross-functional teams
• Own vendor performance management
• Oversee payer strategy and execution
• Implement processes for claims submission
• Support strategies to grow service line and practices
• Manage key performance metrics
• Drive process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of primary care practice operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
• Adept at troubleshooting complex issues
• Proficiency in analyzing healthcare data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong financial and strategic acumen
