Job Description

The People Operations Specialist will support critical people operations initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, wellness initiatives, and benefits open enrollment. This role involves supporting various people systems, ensuring data integrity, usability, and compliance, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support People Ops initiatives from design to implementation
• Own and improve people systems, ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability
• Support the maintenance and optimization of HRIS software
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees in HR systems usage
• Support compensation processes by ensuring job profiles are updated
• Leverage data to produce dashboards, reports, and insights

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Process-oriented with proven project management skills
• Highly analytical with the ability to dissect data
• Resilient and flexible with changing business needs
• Great at building relationships and trust
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
